KaliSunshine_ It was just like the 1st time I felt "This, this music, I really love it from the bottom of my heart" when my dad made me listen to psychedelic rock as a child. I got quite distant with that style while growing up and flowed into electronic music but this album made me go back home, it's the best of both worlds together. Vague, beautiful lyrics, yet so meaningfully relatable, and the vocals are just perfect. Big thanks to Sylvia Massy for making you sing by yourself on it <3 Favorite track: The World As We Know It.

Chromfell Really hard to choose a favorite, it's all amazing. Better Run just stuck out immediately when I listened to this album for the first time last year. Favorite track: Better Run.

Lushik (Shopel) Had an astonishing experience listening to this album. Loved the vocals and everything you've put up together in the tracks, fantastic. It reminded me of a Pink Floyd-ish vibe, but with a beautifully crafted folktronica sound. I have to thank my dearest friend for making me listen to this hidden jem <3 Favorite track: Do Right.

us it makes you turn to all the water we think it hears was we say it brings you all the way out don’t think you can control it all it closes all the doors walk it inside and everything we talk about is for the dust it doesn’t seem to want us see your open eyes you think you see it brings you down into it all it falses you in all ways and dark is all we ever know and light is an illusion we dream about on good days at least you know this it doesn't seem to want us take it to the river and we throw it in watch it flow away, like it knows it’s way home ever wonder if you let it carry you where would you go, would it take you home us it makes you turn to all the water we think it hears was we say it brings you all the way out don’t think you can control it all it closes all the doors walk it inside and everything we talk about is for the dust it doesn’t seem to want us

Do Right 03:43
clear as a hole in the wall dark as the back of the sun all that we hold to the light gone at the edge of a gun easy to sleep with the wolves at your door do right I am the line that we see on the floor too right, to die is always the same in a way do right falling down but we never walk away do right I am the sign that we veer off the course too right, to die is always the same in a way do right

about

Figueroa Los Angeles, California

The World As We Know It is an electronic album made in the absence of instruments. At the same time, it is a guitar/vocal album and entirely human. And so we have something of an anomaly.
